Having difficulty with your MEC Clay Target Machine? We are here to help you determine the solution to any problems you may be experiencing with your MEC Clay Target Machine. We recommend checking out our service videos below first to see if any of them match the service you are requiring.

If you are still need of service, please contact us but before you do this, it is imperative you know the age of your machine. Knowing the age of your machine is the only way to find out if the machine is under warranty and is useful information for MEC service technicians. In the event of needing technical support, providing the serial number will help our representative’s know exactly which machine they are helping you with.

Determining the age of your clay target machine can be done by using the first four digits of the serial number. The serial number stickers on E-Series and XP-Series machines can be found on the back of the frame or inside of the electrical box. For Defender models, you can find the serial number sticker on the front of the electrical box and inside of the electrical box on the side of the frame.

Full serial numbers must be provided for warranty claims.

Example:

S#2006XXXXX – June of 2020

S#1711XXXXX – November of 2017

S#1512XXXX – December of 2015

The first two digits represent the year the machine was built, and the third and fourth digit represent the month it was built.
